Abstract
The present research is concerned with with the study of Abi- Zaid Abdul –Rahman bin Abdul-Aziz AL-Tadili ( 1206H .) in his classification
" AL- Wishah wa Taathqeef AL-Rimah"( The band ornament and straightening spears) in a reply to illusion of AL-Majd AL-Sihah
( correct AL-Majd ) in an answer to Majd AL- Deen AL- Fairouz Abadi , the author of AL- Qamoos AL-Muheet ( The Comprehensive Dictioary ) in which illusion is ascribed to Ism"il bin Hammmad AL- Gawhari(400H .) in his Sihah ( correct ) .The title of AL-Tadili book is a summary of the aim for which it is set out , i.e. the defense of AL- Majd and falsifying it The responses of AL- Tadili included the following levels :
Syntactic level 1.
2. Semantic level
3.Grammatical level
40 Phonological level
This is in addition to the deviations and corrections of
AL-Jawhari .
We have also objectively evaluated these replies .It is clear that the purpose of the author is not free of subjectivity and accusation but we cannot accuse him of much prejudice on AL- Majd . Ibin AL- Taib AL-Sharqi (1170H . ) , The Author of Taj AL-roos min Jawahir AL-Qamoos also accused him , at the same time we cannot say that AL-Qadili was bias in his responses as in case of AL-Zubaidi in AL-Taj. Finally we hope that we have succeeded in this work.
