Abstract
This paper aims at identifying the impact of an educational program to develop psychological weaning for male preparatory school students. To verify the objective of this paper, two null hypotheses were formulated. A sample of 39 male students was randomly selected from fourth year students in the preparatory school/ literary Branch. The sample was divided into two groups; the first represents the experimental group of (20) students, and the second is the control one of (19) students. The experimental design of pretest/post test was chosen to verify the objective of this paper. The two groups were equivalent in some variables of Psychological Weaning, age, academic level of parents, parental state, living case and mother's occupation. The researcher adopts a scale for psychological weaning which has been constructed by him after testing its validity and reliability. The face validity of the scale was obtained through consulting a jury of experts. The reliability was computed by re-test and obtained (0.70). The researcher also construct an educational program of (12) lessons after verifying its face validity of by a jury of experts.
