Abstract
Is one of the serious problems that Nineveh encountered during (ISIS) in June 2014 and took hold of the city. The people of Nineveh were living under (ISIS) rule and control, making some of them emigrating . The methodology of the case study was adopted so as to give a considerable space for research in detail. Individuals experienced happenings which directly affected them. These happenings were the cause of their refused to return home. Fifteen cases were selected. Research has come up with a number of results. There were different reasons which led to emigration, including a direct and indirect threat inflicted on various section of society and different aim. Moreover, there were no deterrent against this threat on civilians. on due to the beginning of military operation accompanied .
