The significance of this study lies in utilizing rehabilitative exercises based on the muscular action of the affected muscles to rehabilitate partial shoulder and elbow joint injuries in young handball players. The researchers adopted a single-group experimental design with pretest and posttest measurements to suit the nature of the research problem. The sample consisted of eight players who had suffered partial dislocations of the shoulder and elbow joints, and the extent and type of the injuries were determined through medical examination and diagnosis. The researchers conducted specific flexibility and elbow tests on the sample and used statistical T-test analysis to evaluate the results. The findings revealed statistically significant differences between pretest and posttest measurements in the flexibility of the muscles involved in the shoulder and elbow joints, with posttest measurements showing notable improvement. The use of rehabilitative exercises targeting the muscles relevant to the joint is essential in rehabilitating partial shoulder and elbow joint injuries in young handball players. This study contributes to enhancing our understanding of the impact of rehabilitative exercises on players' performance, and it improves their overall health and physical condition.
