Abstract
The aim of this study is as follows:
To identify the values of some kinematic and geometric variables in the back squat exercise.
To draw the kinematic trajectories for some variables in the back squat exercise for the research sample individually.
To develop an applicable model for the kinematic trajectory of the research sample in the back squat exercise.
To evaluate the type of kinematic trajectory for the load in the back squat exercise for the research sample.
This research seeks to understand and analyze the kinematic and geometric aspects of the back squat exercise. The study involves observing and measuring the motion trajectories during the exercise to build a practical model for analyzing the movement patterns. By doing so, it will enhance the comprehension and practical applications of the back squat exercise.
