Abstract
The muscular capacity of a tennis player enables him to perform the basic skill of forehand and backhand with correct mechanical conditions. The research problem lies in the lack of studies about the true values of motor and bio energy and its importance in designing training programs and its relation with the players’ level of performing forehand and backhand shot in tennis.
The research aims were to identifying the amount of bio and mechanical energies that spend by the body of athlete’s, identifying the relation between motor and bio energy, identifying the relationship between motor and bio energies with special variables of bio kinematical related to backhand and forehand shots in tennis, and finally I aims at identifying proficiency and its relationship with forehand and backhand shot performance level.
The researcher used the descriptive method. The subjects were (6) Iraqi national league of badminton for the year 2022. The bio – kinematical variables were found using a video camera using (Kinovea system). The variables included (angular speed of hitting arm, angular speed of trunk, the angular speed of leg). While bio energy was founded using blood lactic measurement. The data was calculated and treated using SPSS.The researcher concluded that the motor energy is a reflection to the bio energy of the player’s. In addition to that, the proficiency prove is a result of spending two kind of energies which leads to the players’ performance level development. The researcher finally recommended the necessity of paying attention to motor and bio energies in training programs designing and the necessity of modern apparatuses using, and save effort and time analytical programs
