Abstract
The research aims to identify the level of administrative work ethics for secondary school teachers in Kirkuk Governorate, and this aspect is of great importance in developing the performance and work of school administrations to achieve the administrative goals, which are planned and reach the highest level of administrative cooperation, through the achievement of fruitful results that It can have an effective impact on raising the level of that cooperation in fieldwork. Hence, the idea arose of the need to direct attention to need to pay attention to the process of administrative work ethics in secondary schools from the point of view of teachers of physical education, given that teachers are the effective tool in keeping pace with changes, and the administration alone cannot exercise its administrative and educational tasks without the cooperation and support of teachers and their scientific experiences and renewed ideas.The researcher used the descriptive survey method to suit the nature of the problem. The research community included (279) physical education teachers in Kirkuk Governorate, and the percentage was used in processing the data statistically. Based on the results of the administrative work ethics scale, the researcher concluded that physical education teachers possessed administrative work ethics at a high level.
