Abstract
The aim of the research was to build on the scale of organizational motivation for the pioneer athletes working in sports institutions, and the researchers used the descriptive approach in its survey study, and the research community included (400) sports pioneers working in Iraqi sports institutions, and the samples of the exploratory study, construction, stability and final application were selected in a random way and by (10, 180, 30, 80) respectively, and the researchers used scientific procedures in constructing the scale and the data were treated statistically through the mean, percentage, simple correlation, and Spearman-Brown equation. The researchers concluded the following :
Reaching the scale of organizational motivation entrances in sports institutions according to scientific construction procedures, and its effectiveness was verified from the viewpoint of the pioneers work ininthem.
The possibility of modifying the organizational motivation entrance scale and applying it in other sportsorganizations
