Abstract
The study aims to identify the level of the administrative climate and the professional compatibility of the directors of youth centers in the Erbil governorate from the point of view of its affiliates, and to reveal the relationship and difference in the administrative climate and the professional compatibility of the directors of youth centers in the Erbil governorate? Depending on the variables (gender, educational qualification).The descriptive approach was used in relation to its relevance and the nature of the current research, and the research sample consisted of (80) members, and to achieve the objectives of the research, according to the tools represented in the administrative climate questionnaire, which consisted of (29) items, and the professional compatibility questionnaire consisted of (27) items. According to the scientific procedures, the statistical data were processed through the (spss) program, and the researcher reached the following results.-The prevailing administrative climate among directors and employees of youth centers is the open administrative climate, followed by the disciplined one, and then the path itself in the fourth place, which is familiar and finally, the closed climate.- The prevailing professional compatibility between managers and employees of youth centers in Erbil governorate, where it appeared after relationships with more practicing colleagues, followed by the nature and size of work and its suitability to personal capabilities, and then the conditions and procedures of work and its material environment, and finally wages and promotion.-A significant correlation appeared between the administrative climate and the professional compatibility of the directors of youth centers in Erbil governorate from the point of view of its employees.
