Abstract
The research aims to prepare an educational program according to the modeling strategy and to reveal its impact on the skillful achievement of some handball skills for the students of the third academic year of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul. Where the researcher prepared and designed an educational program using the modeling strategy, and the sample of the experimental research was represented by third-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Mosul for the academic year (2022-2023), and they numbered (36) students who were divided into an experimental group and another control group. The experimental group consisted of (18) students, which were taught according to the modeling strategy. As for the control group, it consisted of (18) students who were taught according to the traditional method used in teaching. After that, the research experiment was applied for a period of four weeks, at the rate of one unit per week for each group, after which the post-tests were conducted. The statistical system (SPSS) was used to process and analyze the data. The result was the superiority of the experimental group that was studied according to the modeling strategy over the control group in the skillful achievement of some skills in handball, and the researcher conducted equivalence between the two groups in the following variables (age, height, weight, and fitness components). According to the modeling strategy on the control group in the skillful achievement of some handball skills.
