Abstract
The current research aims to identify: the degree of emotional sensitivity among students of the College of Basic Education, the differences in the degree of emotional sensitivity according to the variables of the school stage (first, fourth), gender (male, female), the relationship of emotional sensitivity among students of the College of Basic Education with some variables, and used The researcher has a descriptive approach with correlations due to its suitability to the nature of the current research, and the sample of the current research included male and female students from the departments of the College of Basic Education. (spss26) to analyze the data and reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are:
1- Students of the College of Basic Education at the University of Mosul have a high degree of emotional sensitivity.
2- There are statistically significant differences in the degree of emotional sensitivity according to the variable of the school stage (first - fourth) and in favor of the first stage.
3- There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of emotional sensitivity according to the gender variable (male-female).
4- There is a significant correlation between emotional sensitivity and the school stage variable.
5- There is no significant correlation between emotional sensitivity and the gender variable (male - female).
