Abstract
The French critic Philippe Lejeune drew the distinctive boundaries of autobiographical writing and the set of terms of trade in the text within a textual charter he called the epigraphic enactments, but this prevents the emergence of a new narrative. What this art imposes on a clear reference charter, by matching the writer's name with the central character narrator , After that, the so-called mixed narrative types appeared that fluctuate between biography and novel or story and biography, until in the last two decades we reached the popular term in Arab criticism “self-imagining”, where this term will become the subject of this study’s question.
