Abstract
The study aims to identify the degree of employing digital leadership in Palestinian universities from the point of view of academics in the light of the impact of some variables. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach. The annual statistician for higher education institutions 2020/2021, and the study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and analysis using descriptive statistics. on the total score and the fields of the questionnaire, and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the sample responses on the digital leadership scale in Palestinian universities from the academics’ point of view due to gender, specialization, and years of experience, while it revealed that there were differences Statistically significant at the significance level (α≤0.05) among the averages of the sample responses on the digital leadership scale in Palestinian universities from the academics point of view attributed to the university in favor of Hebron University.
