Abstract
The current research aims to reveal:
1_ Identifying the values of the biokinetic variables of the angles of the joints of the body when applying force to the effectiveness of pushing the weight by the rotation method.
2_ Identifying a set of performance errors in the research sample through a qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of pushing the weight in the rotation method and setting corrective exercises for it.
Research problem
The researchers believe that the rotation method may constitute a point of progress in achieving more numbers for this activity, in addition to the fact that previous research and studies did not address the reality of the biokinematic variables of the angles of the body joint when placing the force that accompanies this technical performance.
Research hypotheses:
There are significant statistically significant differences between the tests (before - middle - dimensional) in a number of biomechanical variables for the angles of the body joint when applying force to the effectiveness of pushing the weight in the rotation method.
There are significant statistically significant differences between the tests (pre-test, median, and posterior) in the achievement of the effectiveness of pushing the weight using the rotation method.
The researchers used the experimental method, and the research sample consisted of one of the heroes of Iraq in the effectiveness of pomace payment for the year (2022). It was presented to the experts, where the experts gave corrective exercises to the research sample by (4) exercises for a period of (14) weeks
