Abstract
This study deals with an introduction which includes : giving a definition for AL Shoabyia and showing its purposes and ways, then it handles in brief the definition of AL Barameka family since the beginning of its appearance indicating the most important roles which this family made in the Abbassid era till the time of Harron AL Rasheed caliph.
Then turning to check its most prominent achievements harmonized with AL Shoabyia’s ideas, including refreshing foreign culture especially in its historical and literary fields and encouraging translating it into Arabic language, and taking care of Al-Shoabyian translators and writers especially the Persian ones to increase the rank of their civilization, and at the same time working to disfigure the Arabs in their role and culture by authorizing books which disrespect their habits.
Moreover, AL Barameka closed the poets of their same tendencies to make advertisement to their movement and culture among general people, and worked onto destabilize the concepts of Islamic belief under the motto of free opinion and gathering of drinking and enjoyment and approaching members accused by Zanddakka (hypocrisy) , atheism and others, as well as performing secret activities of racial nature during special assemblies attended by the Persian only, in addition to their preference to appoint people of their race in important positions in the country and showing their tendency to the MaJoos (fire believers) religion which led them to be accused by atheism.
From another side, AL Barameka members utilized the money of the country for their services and spend generously on their followers without taking care of the public interests and rights, and acted on weakening the unity of the Abbassid succession by making controversy and division among the Caliph’s sons to secure their own racial and selfish benefits.
