Abstract
The investigation included a study for the author from the point of view of his education, his Sheiks, his students and his books. Then the title was fixed and the reason of writing the book, this was made in the first section. The second section included an investigated text which is about selling an estate of an orphan, is the selling one of the items of the deceased will. The opinions of Fiqh men were diverse concerning this matter. The third section dealt with the authenticity of Egypt's 'Waqf lands and the Fiqh men asserted that the Waqf genuinely was a property and taken after the death of its owner for there was no inheritance and Sultan Chaqmaq made a land owned by Baitulmal as waqf for the benefit of a mosque..
