The researcher used (Saleh, 2019) scale to measure the emotions management and (Shah, 2015) scale to measure psychological stress and after extracting the face validity and stability by presenting them to the experts by the test and retest method. The two scales were applied to the research sample and students’ answers were corrected. The researcher reached the following results: - Preparatory school students have a good level of emotions management. - Students suffer from a high level of psychological stress. - There is an inverse correlation relationship between emotions management and psychological stress among preparatory students. In light of these results, the researcher identified a number of recommendations and suggestions, including: - Enhancing the level of emotions management among preparatory school students by educational counselors through group counseling sessions and demonstrating the importance of managing emotions in all of their lives.
