Abstract

ان العنصر النسوي أصبح يشغل الكثير من المجالات سواء على صعيد اللعب او الادارة، وعلى هذا الأساس لابد من ايجاد الوسائل الكفيلة والفعالة التي تعمل على تغيير قيم ومواقف المرأة من الرياضة لان ذلك لايسهم فقط بتوجيهها الى ممارسة النشاطات الرياضية ورفع مكانتها الاجتماعية وتطوير شخصيتها فحسب بل ايضا يعمل على ان تكون أداة فعالة لتنشئة جيلا محبا للرياضة وجيلا قويا عقليا وجسميا .هدف البحث هو التعرف عن أسباب عزوف المرأة الرياضية عن ممارسة التحكيم في المجال الرياضي،وتمثلت العينة بعضوات الهئية التدريسية وطالبات التربية الرياضية ولاعبات الأندية الرياضية في المنطقة الشمالية.وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح لملائمته وطبيعة البحث.وتم استخدام تحليل المحتوى واستمارة المعلومات كوسائل للتوصل لنتائج البحث.واستنتج الباحثون ان التقاليد الاجتماعية والدعم المادي كانا من الاسباب الرئيسية في عدم ممارسة المراة للتحكيم.Female now filled many filled both at the evil of games or administration.
