Abstract
The change in urban land uses is one of the dynamic phenomena that accompany the growth of cities and urban centers, and this change may be in a planned and deliberate manner, and it may be a random change resulting from poor administrative and governmental planning to regulate urban land uses, and the absence of legal oversight, and abuse of basic designs. The land uses change in an unplanned manner, resulting in many problems and effects that cast a shadow on the residents and their lifestyles, as well as affect the general morphological appearance of the city, resulting in a distortion in the urban fabric and the occurrence of visual pollution, as well as many other problems such as traffic congestion and noise and others.
