Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the level of time management of middle school principals and the research sample consisted of (300) teachers and schools, and to achieve the objectives of the research and answer its questions, a tool was built to measure the level of time management and was finalized from (60) paragraphs, five alternatives (always, often (Sometimes, rarely, never) divided into four domains, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified.
After applying the search tool, collecting data and analyzing it statistically, the results showed that the level of time management of the research sample was good, and that there were statistically significant differences in the average time management due to the gender variable and in favor of the females, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of service period, and in light of Results The researcher came out with a number of conclusions and recommendations
