Abstract

      The importance of the current research lies in finding a measure of students 'obstacles towards electronic education from the viewpoint of students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Basic Education at the University of Mosul. The research problem emerged in the absence of a measure of students' obstacles towards electronic education, It is to identify their obstacles towards this type of education as they are an important part of the educational process, The current research aims to build the students' obstacles scale, Towards e-learning in the Department of  Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The students ’barriers towards e-learning have been identified by the viewpoint of students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the College of Basic Education. The obstacles that students face in e-learning have to be reduced because they are strong in forming their attitudes towards e-learning.
