Abstract
Wars, conflicts and disasters in many cities throughout the contemporary history have had negative effects on the urban environment of those cities where disasters occur, whether by man or by nature, as they always cause destruction by causing total or partial damage to all urban buildings and to the lives of the human being himself, after being displaced by homelessness. The results of the research were shown through the analytical approach adopted in assessing the state of the buildings after the war for the city of Baiji and their reconstruction according to the proposed plans to ensure a sound urban environment for the population, it was found that there was serious damage to the buildings, as the buildings suffered very significant damage amounting to approximately (121) 1) Buildings (47.37%) of the total of 2,556 buildings, of which 1,345 were partially damaged (52.62%), as a result of these damages The study developed proposals that speed up the age process and presented some advanced urban scenarios that ensure the sound urban environment of Baiji city using cityEngine 2015.0, programs which is a technology for the urban development.
