Abstract
Man seeks to understand the laws of the Creator by which He created people, what we see of the various sciences and disciplines, whether scientific or human, that spread among people, to explain those laws. To explain to people the starting point of the judgment and its reasons for understanding the process of legislation, whether the judge or the condemned, the judge will trigger his judgment on the basis of causation, and the condemned person will be aware of the type of judgments against him according to the principle of causation. This research Explains the difference between causation in Islamic law and causation in man-made laws, shows the size and comprehensiveness of Sharia, and the difference between Islamic legislation and man-made laws, as it is a broader and more accurate in meaning and significance. This study divided into two parts: Introduction and two other parts. Each part deals with two inquiries. The first part tackles the concept of causation in Islamic & man-made laws and the importance of the study. The second part deals the causation and the difference between sharia and man-made laws through two inquiries. Then, conclusions are drawn according to the most important research results
