Abstract
The land is a limited natural resource, as the demand for it increases day after day for various purposes, whether industrial, agricultural, urban, recreational and other purposes. Urban land is a set of geographical factors, whether these factors are natural or human factors, and these factors have either a positive impact on the price of the land or negatively affect the price of land. It was found through this research that the natural factors represented by the topographical surface features, topography, water resources and others have left an impact on the variation in land prices in the city of Mosul at the level of neighborhoods of one side and at the level of both sides of the city in general.
