Abstract

The aim of the current research is to know the effect of the strategy of planning organizations on the achievement of fourth-grade literary students in geography for the academic year (2020-2021). With the strategy of planning organizations and a control group of (32) students studying in the usual way. Equivalence was conducted in a number of variables, including (age in months, achievement, intelligence test),To measure the trend towards geography, the two researchers prepared a scale consisting of (34) items, which was presented to a group of experts and arbitrators in the field of teaching methods, educational and psychological sciences, to verify the apparent honesty,The stability of the scale was also confirmed using the Alpha Cronbach method, as it reached (0.889), which is considered good and acceptable,The researchers also used statistical methods to extract the results, as the results showed the existence of statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group that studied according to the strategy of the planning organizations, and in light of the results of the research, the researchers presented a set of recommendations from us to activate the educational programs that develop the students’ orientation towards the scientific subject, as the researchers suggested conducting a study A comparison between the strategy of planning organizations and other teaching strategies such as the strategy of flexible groups and its impact on the variables of concepts, tendencies and achievement of middle school students in the subject of geography.
