The researcher utilized experimental approach, the population consisted of (144) first year students in physical education institutes in the centre of Erbil city for the academic year (2019-2020). The research samples are randomly selected that are (65) students, and the final research samples consist of (24) students, divided into two groups of (12) students for each group (B) Experimental group using anchor activities strategy. (D) Control group using common strategy. After conducting homogeneity and equivalence, the education program was applied, the main experiment began on 10/31/2019 and ended on 01/23/2020, meaning (12) weeks with (12) educational units for each group, and the time for each unit was (40) minutes, using statistical bag (SPSS).
