Abstract
The research aims to Identify the following:
the differences between pre-test and post-test of the first two trial groups used to schedule the Constantexercise and the second used to schedule variable exercise in learning some of the seating catches of the freestyle wrestling game.
Learn about the differences in the post test between the two trial groups in learning some of the seating catches of the freestyle wrestling game.
The research sample consisted of (20) students per 10 students divided into an two groups to represent the first trial group used to schedule the Constantexercise and the second group used to schedule the variable exercise, the researchers prepared educational program for each trial group and the educational program of eight educational units with a weekly educational unit and a time of (90) minutes and the researchers concluded:
The educational program for constant exercise and variable exercise has led to an improvement in the artistic performance of some of the wrestling seating catches.
The first trial group used for static exercise exceeded the second trial group used for Exercise in learning some of the seating catches of the freestyle wrestling game.
