Abstract
The research aims to: -
To identify the degree and level of administrative and technical obstacles in the secondary school football championship in Mousel City from the point of view of the teachers of sports education. The curriculum was used in the survey method and the study sample (84) was included as a teacher from the teachers of sports education in the Department of Education of Ninawa and for obtaining the data a survey form was designed for administrative and technical constraints and applied after the availability of the scientific conditions in it of truthfulness and stability. The data were treated statistically through the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, the Seberman Brown equation, Gitman equation, and the Alpha Kronbach coefficient .
The researcher has drawn several conclusions:
- The administrative side has highlighted the limitations of the financial resources allocated to the championship, as well as the absence of features and advertisements for the championship in the venues of its matches, which indicate that there is a formal tournament.
The researchers recommended some recommendations, including:
1- the necessity that the General Directorate of Education of Ninawa allocate sufficient financial resources to hold the school sports competitions and to prepare all the requirements of its management, with the emphasis on activating the Directorate of Sports and School Activity through the means of advertising and advertising the championship.
