AbstractAfter a long personalities of private schools in the city of Mosul, lasted nearly thirty years, some of Mosul's well-known establishment able to open a private school in the city in the name of " Al Awael Primary mixed school " since its when it opened its doors to students in the 2005-2006 school year (but now A mixed elementary and secondary school for boys and girls has been opened inIn one building in the AL-Arab district adjacent to the monastery of St.). Later, it opened a class for the first intermediate in independent building adjacent to the primary school in 2009, and the primary school taught the curriculum of the Ministry of Education similar to the official schools, but it obtained the approval of the Directorate of Education province intended to add the English language and the computer used by the students after a full explanation of the methods used by the teachers responsible for the computer, where some books were programmed on the computer and became electronic books easy to use by students, such as reading, mathematics and science.The study dealt with the historical beginning of the emergence of private schools in the city of Mosul, how to crystallize the idea of establishing AL- Awail Primary School in Mosul, obtaining the official from the Ministry of Education to open it. The study also examined the attempt to expand the project to establish a model school group within the University of Mosul. The success in this schools for the years 2005-2008. .
