Abstract

The research aims to build the measure of educational leadership in the teaching of the Faculty of Basic Education from the point of view of the students. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its suitability and the nature of the current research.
The researcher used the percentage, standard deviation, arithmetic mean and simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) as statistical means.
The researcher reached to build a measure of educational leadership in the teaching of the Faculty of Basic Education from the point of view of students and recommended the researcher to adopt the new measure in the evaluation of teaching in the work of education.
