The current research has aimed into identify the differentiation range between the two halves of brain (right and left) for the students of the college of Basic Education. As well as the research has aimed to detect whether if there are any differences in the differentiation range between the two halves of brain could be due to the gender variable (male-), and specialization (scientific-human). The sample has consisted (64) students female from the college of Basic Education in the amount of (32) males and (32) females from the departments of mathematics and Islamic education as sample represented for the college. So the researcher has used the scale of (Shekshek, 2007), to measure the differentiation range between the two halves of brain consisting of (24) items, after making validity by external validity and reliability by re test amounting (80%), finishing the final application of the scale, and getting the data statistically by using (SPSS) , then it is showed that the students of the college of Basic Education have better performance in the left half of brain through the one ability to analyze, calculate, and criticize than the right half of brain. As well as there are no statistical differences between males and females in the differentiation between the two halves of brain. While according to scientific specialization, the results have showed that the scientific specializations have differentiation between the two halves of brain especially the left one more than the human ones. The researcher has concluded that the students of the college of Basic Education have the differentiation between the two halves of brain. In the light of these results, the researcher has introduced several recommendations and suggestions such as emphasizing on making available the educational activities and means helping to develop the brain and motivating the complex mental abilities, taking into consideration the stronger percentage for the users of complete brain from the students, encouraging them to use the complete brain. Making a study to detect the differences between the two halves of brain (right-left) according to the following variables (gender, academic specialization, and the urban and rural societies).
