Situational negotiating style of physical education teachers from the point of view of their school management in the center of Nineveh Governorate

The aim of the research is to identify the situational negotiating style of physical education teachers from the point of view of their school administrations, and to collect data that required building and applying the situational negotiating style scale for physical education teachers of preparatory schools in the center of Nineveh Governorate, where the scale consisted of (33) items distributed over three patterns with (11) A paragraph for a pattern (permissive, strict, principled) after its formulation and verification of its validity and stability, the study sample was represented by the principals of middle schools and their assistants, where the construction sample included (114) administrators. Honesty and reliability, the construction sample represented (62.19%) of the population. The application sample amounted to (50) administratively, and (45) forms were retrieved, thus representing the application sample (27,43%) of the study population. The data was analyzed statistically using the statistical package spss, including the arithmetic mean and the percentage. The initial situational negotiator in his dealings with his school administration during the performance of his job duty, in addition to using some concepts related to the permissive and strict style emphasized by the administrative negotiation theory

Excellence is an old concept, and in terms of age, organizations of all kinds ‎and affiliations aimed to achieve success, survival and growth, and in terms of ‎modernity and as a result of the intense competition between organizations, each ‎organization tries to achieve excellence from others. Therefore, it is an expression ‎of administrative creativity and organizational excellence, which achieves ‎extraordinary high levels of performance and implementation of the production, ‎marketing, financial and other processes in the organization, resulting in results ‎and achievements that exceed what competitors achieve and satisfy the public and ‎all the specialists in the organization.‎
The current study aims to identify the level of dimensions of the ‎institutional excellence of Iraqi sports clubs, as the researchers used the descriptive ‎approach to suit the nature of the current research on a sample of players of Iraqi ‎clubs participating in the Premier League basketball, and for the purpose of ‎reaching the results of the research, the researcher used the percentage and the ‎mathematical medium and the coefficient of simple correlation as appropriate ‎statistical means.‎
The researchers concluded that Iraqi sports clubs enjoy a good level of ‎institutional excellence.‎

Management by expectation in the colleges of Baghdad University in the light of the Kaizen methodology from the viewpoint of its administrative leaders

The research aimed to identify the administration with the exception in the colleges of the University of Baghdad in the light of the casein methodology.
The descriptive analytical method has been used, and the research community has been empowered by administrative leaders in the colleges of Baghdad University. The study sample reached (50)
To achieve the results of the research, a tool (questionnaire) consisting of three areas (administrative empowerment - time management - participation in decision making) was prepared with (6) paragraphs for each field. The tool was judged by a number of specialists to ensure its honesty and reliability.
Statistical processing:
After field application of the research tool, the information provided was blanked, and statistically analyzed with the adoption of manual dumping of open responses. SPSS was used using the iterations, averages and standard deviations program to analyze results.
The most important results of the research:
the first goal:
The weakness of the reality of decentralized management of the deans of the Faculties of Baghdad University. As the average of the sample scores reached (32,198) degrees with a standard deviation of (6,432) degrees, which is smaller than the theoretical average of the questionnaire of (54) degrees.
The second goal:
Depending on the functional location variable
The results of the research indicated that there are no differences related to statistical evidence, which makes the views convergent between the responses of the administrative leaders.

Evaluating the strategic planning of the sports activities divisions in the Iraqi public universities from the viewpoint of their staff

- Setting a scale of strategic planning areas for the sports activities divisions in Iraqi governmental universities.
- Identifying the level of strategic planning stages in the sports activities divisions of public universities from the standpoint of their sport cadres.
The descriptive approach was used by the survey method, and the two samples of construction and final application included (102.157) of the sports cadres working in the sports activities divisions of Iraqi governmental universities, and to obtain data, strategic planning scale was set and included five stages: (environmental analysis, strategic direction, strategic formation, strategic application, strategic evaluation) and after the scientific conditions were met, the data were treated statistically through the arithmetic mean, percentage and simple correlation and tests for two independent samples.
The researchers have concluded the following:
- The strategic planning measure was reached in the sports activities divisions in Iraqi governmental universities, and its effectiveness was verified in measuring the strategic planning stages.
The sports activities divisions in Iraqi governmental universities operate according to a high level of strategic planning from the viewpoint of their staff and with the following indicators:
1. The high level of application of the stages of environmental analysis and strategic direction, strategy formulation and strategy implementation.
2. A medium level of implementation of the strategy evaluation phase.

The researchers recommended the following:
1. Applying the strategic planning scale to other samples such as directorates of sports and school activism, and directorates of youth and sports.

The research aims to
1.Preparing the assessment tool for human, material and financial resources management in the departments of sports talent in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from the point of view of the trainers of the specialized centers.
2.Evaluating the financial resources management in the sports talent care departments of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from the point of view of the specialized centers trainers.
3. Evaluating the human and material resources management in the sports talent care departments of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from the point of view of the specialized centers trainers.
The descriptive approach was used in the survey method, and the research samples consisted of the initial exploratory application sample of (10) trainers, the sample to verify the internal consistency and stability of the tool of (117) trainers, and the application sample of (68) trainers, and a questionnaire was prepared to evaluate The human, material and financial resources management in the departments of sports talent in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, which included two dimensions, the first of which was concerned with evaluating the management of human and material resources. The second dimension was concerned with evaluating the management of financial resources. The period on the five Likert scale.
The most important conclusions were
1. Financial management factors related to the preservation of public money and its good utilization, and the existence of a sound financial control system that provides the characteristics and conditions for using financial resources at a medium level.
2. The factors of human and material resource development came in the departments of sports talent care at the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports related to the proportionality of the numbers of coaches in the specialized center with the number of talented players and the provision of clothing, tools and sports equipment for talented people in the specialized in an Middle level.
 
 

Administrative and technical obstacles in the five-way football championship between high schools in Mousel City from the viewpoint of the teachers of sports education

The research aims to: -
To identify the degree and level of administrative and technical obstacles in the secondary school football championship in Mousel City from the point of view of the teachers of sports education. The curriculum was used in the survey method and the study sample (84) was included as a teacher from the teachers of sports education in the Department of Education of Ninawa and for obtaining the data a survey form was designed for administrative and technical constraints and applied after the availability of the scientific conditions in it of truthfulness and stability. The data were treated statistically through the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, the Seberman Brown equation, Gitman equation, and the Alpha Kronbach coefficient .
The researcher has drawn several conclusions:
- The administrative side has highlighted the limitations of the financial resources allocated to the championship, as well as the absence of features and advertisements for the championship in the venues of its matches, which indicate that there is a formal tournament.
The researchers recommended some recommendations, including:
1- the necessity that the General Directorate of Education of Ninawa allocate sufficient financial resources to hold the school sports competitions and to prepare all the requirements of its management, with the emphasis on activating the Directorate of Sports and School Activity through the means of advertising and advertising the championship.

هدف البحث الى:
1-تصمیم استبیان التوازن التنظیمی من وجهة نظر المشرفین الاختصاص فی مدیریات الاشراف التربوی فی العراق.
2-التعرف على التوازن التنظیمی فی اقسام الاشراف التربوی والاختصاصی.
3-التعرف على ابعاد التوازن التنظیمی وعوامله من وجهة نظر المشرفین التربویین والمشرفین الاختصاص (اختصاص تربیة ریاضیة) على فی العراق.
استخدم الباحثین المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبیانات فی الحصول على البیانات اللازمة، وقد استخدم الباحثین طریقة الحصر الشامل للمشرفین التربویین والاختصاصیین التابعین لمدیریة الاشراف التربوی فی العراق والبالغ عددهم الکلی ( 514 ) مشرف، حیث وزع الاستبیان على المشرفین فی أغلب محافظات العراق وقد تضمن الاستبیان (44) فقرة، تم تحلیلها باستخدام برنامج (Spss) واستخدام الاسالیب الاحصائیة اختبار (ت) لعینتین مستقلتین فی استخراج القوة التمیزیة لعبارات المقاییس، ومعامل ارتباط بیرسون لقیاس الاتساق الداخلی للمقاییس، معامل الفا ، والتجزئة النصفیة فی استخراج الثبات، التکرار والنسبة المئویة فی استخراج مستویات الاجابة على المقاییس، المدى وطول الفئة، کانت اهم النتائج صلاحیة استبیان التوازن التنظیمی فی قیاس ابعاده فی مدیریة الاشراف التربوی وأوصت الدراسة باهتمام وزارة التربیة العراقیة بالحوافز المادیة والمعنویة لما لها تأثیر فی مهام وعمل المشرفین التربویین ومنحها فی وقتها المحدد لما لها تأثیر ایجابی فی نفوس المشرفین، والعمل على اجراء دراسات مشابهة عن دور التوازن التنظیمی.
