. This research deals with an important aspect of home policy of the kingdom (i.e.learing ) , the field where king Abdulazziz spared no effort , devoted a lot of attention to spread learning , giving opportunity to society members to enroll learning facilities in an attempt to revive the state and raise it culturally and high light its status among other countries in balanced and stable steps , to stand equal with the motion of the region through educating people , spread knowledge starting form encouraging studeats to learn education children of all Saudi perpetually to emplant Islamic brother hood and learning motivation .Thus,king Abdulazziz ordered establishing numerous schools and institutions to motivate cultural and learning movement among people aiming at destroying all obstacles facing learing service , taking into consideration his view and thought regarding this aspect . learning is the one and only means to improve management of the country . king wanted to set the bases of his modern state depending on modern learing the thing that told his educational thought , forcified by his huge steps and achievements after unifying the kingdom the results of which were seen through the hyge enrollment in organized learning set by theking , increasing the number of learners , the existence of university and specialized learning on highest levels within the gouls best by the learning policy and the supervising parties at the kingdom of sudi Arabia.

The Effect Of Problem Solutionmethodon Studentsgainingat The Second Intermediate Class In Islamic Education Subject

study aims to know the effect of problem solutionmethodon studentsgainingat the second intermediate class in Islamic education subject. The researcher used the experimental design which has two equivalence groups which consist of a disciplinary group studied according to the traditional method, and an experimental group studied according to the problem solution method. The research sample contains (51) students chosen randomly from the research society and distributed into two groups (25) students in the experimental groups and (26) in the disciplinary group.
The researcher made an equivalence between these two groups in number of variables. The research tool was represented in an achievement test in Islamic education subject for the second intermediate classprepared by the researcher and prove its validity after presenting it experts committee and explain their opinion and after the lest gets an agree went of (80%) The test wasapplied on reccing group equivalent to the research sample to get its items differentiation by using the differentiation equation, as well as geting the difficulty coefficient of each item, and by using Kodir– Richardson equation (20)to ensure its stability which is (0.84).
The researcher prepared teaching plans for the two groups began the experiment in (7/10/2012) and endedon Monday (17/12/2012), the researcher expose the two groups of the research to the post test in achievement, and when analyzing the data, the results show that there is astatistical difference at the level (0.05) between the ranges of the experimental groups who studied by the method of problem solution and students who studied by the traditional method in the achievement for the experimental group.

Evaluating the Experience of Open College of Education in Mosul City

The present study aims at assessing the experiment of open College in Mosul city through answering the following questions:
1. Evaluation level of open educational colleges form teachers point of the view compared with theoretical percentage.
2. Evaluation level of open educational colleges form students point of the view compared with theoretical percentage.
3. Is there a statistically significant difference between the level of the assessment of the open university from the teachers point of view and theoretical average of (67%) as a whole ?
4. Is there a statistically significant difference between the level of the assessment of the open university students and the theoretical average of (67%) as a whole ?
5. Is there a sadistically significant difference between the teachers and students points of view of the open educational college ?
The study sample comprises all the students and teachers of the university of the academic year 2004-2005 totaling (873) students and (49) teachers. The researcher selected a random sample of (35)s teachers (males and females) and (718) students (males and females) of the three years second, third and fourth year. The study method is a questionnaire directed to both teachers and students. Teachers questionnaire consists of (107) items and the students questionnaire of (79) items distributed to seven fields : aims, methodology content; methods of teaching; teaching aids, the administrative technical aspect and the teaching staff and assessment.
Then, the researchers tested its validity and consistency. Statistical methods such as personas correlation coefficient – one sample Z test and two- independent samples Z test were used in the analysis of the data.
The results were as follows:
1. The assessment from the teachers and students points of view had a positive indicator for the efficiency of this experiment in favour of teachers.
2. There is a statistically significant difference in the teaching aids aspect in farur of the theoretical percentage.
3. There is no statistically significant difference between two points of view of the teachers and students concerning the assessment aspects .
4. The technical and administrative level was low compared to the theoretical threshold.
It’s recommended that :
1. This college should be annexed to the ministry of higher education.
2. Adequate educational technology, teaching aids, classrooms and labs should be provided.
3. Only graduates of preparatory school should be allowed into the scientific departments.
4. All the teachers of this college should be trained on individual teaching and on how to with open education.
5. Syllabus planners should include special courses for this college that are different from the courses of college of education.
The researchers suggested that :
1. This experiment should be assessed from the point of view of students according to such variables as sex , service and specialization .
2. The performance of the graduates of the open college should be assessed in the light of their professional qualification .
3. The quality of the students of the open university graduates should be compared with their peers of other universities.

The Education Task of Islamic Media Against the Western Media Attack on the Islamic World

This research deal with the Islamic Media role and its function in building individual and then the society. The research speaks about the concept of Islamic media, comparing it with the western Media and its effect on Muslims behaviour and finally explained the way of fighting back against this hostile media and the way to make our Islamic media to enhance the prophet message.
