A Linguistic Intelligence test with (34) items. Its reliability and stability was verified .After the application on the sample and statistically analyzing the data using (t-test) of two independent and related samples ,the result showed statistically significant differences between the means of the experimental group that used Linguistic jokes and the Control group that used traditional method in the post test of Linguistic Intelligence in favor of the experimental group. The results also showed statistically significant differences between the means of the experimental group that used Linguistic jokes in the post test and the means of the same group in the post test and favor of the post test.

This research aims at identifying the effect of using linguistic games on developing certain creative thinking skills (namely , fluency and flexibility) by fifth primary school pupils . The sample consisted of (24) pupils . The researcher made (10) linguistic games characterized by linguistic activity . A test of (10) items has been made , five of which measure fluency and the other five measure flexibility . Visual validity was verified by showing them to a panel of experts , the researcher also found out the reliability by using re-test reaching (0.86) . Pre-test was applied on the sample , the researcher presented linguistic games to the class for (6) weeks, after that he used post-test and the (t-test) as a statistical means to process the data.
The results showed:
1. A statistically significant difference is found between the means of the sample in pre-and post-test in fluency items with a bias towards the pupils responses in post test.
2. A statistically significant difference is found between the means of the sample in pre-and post test of flex ability items with a bias in responses of post-test.
